Update on cloth diapers sent to Ethiopia

A fellow adoptive friend and Mom just returned home from Ethiopia. She and her husband met their son for the first time and while there they delivered orphange supplies we and the Wade's collected from our church (Linton First Christian Church) along with the cloth diapers donated and made by our friends! Look what you have done :)

From Katie
Hi Everyone,
I just wanted to say hello and tell you all how wonderful it was to finally
meet our son. We loved our time in Ethiopia and I actually extended my ticket to stay 5 extra days. It was so worth it to spend more time with our son. I wanted to let Angi know that we made the trip to Awassa and we dropped off all the cloth diapers and other donations to Shalom. The director was very thankful. It was the coolest trip and I HIGHLY recommend doing it if your child(ren) are from that area or even if they're not. It was so special to see that part of Ethiopia. Our son is not from Awassa but I loved seeing it anyway. We did the entire trip in one day. We left the guest house at 5:00am and arrived back just before dark. If you want more infomation about our trip you can email me. We loved our travel group each family was so special and now has such a special place in our hearts.
> We didn't pass court last Tuesday because we were missing our son's father's death certificate. It was faxed from the southern region orphanage to Duni (agency representative)this past Friday and she was going to resubmit it Monday morning. I talked to AWAA today and they said that the court was too busy and so they will take it again "tomorrow". We are praying for God's timing.
I'm excited for all the new referrals. I bet I saw your babies/kids cute faces last week. Such beautiful kids at the transition home.
Love,
Katie M.

Cooper friends- Please pray the court receives Katie's sons paperwork and that they get their Embassy appointment very SOON!
